How long is a quotation valid?
Quotations are normally valid for seven days. Supplier prices, stock and shipping rates can change after that period.
Are customs charges included?
Known customs or import charges will be shown when available. Any uncertain charges will be identified separately in the quotation.
Can I cancel after approving the quotation?
Cancellation or changes may not be possible after the supplier has received payment or the product has entered shipment.
What warranty applies?
Product warranties depend on the manufacturer, supplier and product category. The applicable warranty information will be stated when available.
